Please write for me 500+ words about the evaluation of Chanel Miller’s memoir within the context of the larger debate about the merits of personal/confessional literature(this analysis/response is less about whether you enjoyed Know My Name by Chanel miller, but more about whether you believe the book has merit, whether it contributes something of value to our understanding of women’s experience, of humanity, of our contemporary culture and society.), you’ll be using the ideas in Ross’s essay as a framework for evaluating Miller’s memoir. and discuss literature concerning the social, cultural, ethnic, and economic conditions that affect women both historically and/or contemporaneously. Analyze and interpret the writings in light of their social milieu and/or social expectations including gender roles, sexual identity and expression, socio-economic status, and ethnic and/or religious identities.And Relate the literature read to feminist, queer, multi-cultural, Marxist, and/or post-colonial criticisms. Evaluate the genre; style; philosophy; ideology; and/or social, ethnic, cultural, religious norms of the female writer, discussing memoir as a genre and its focus on the interaction of these conditions and women’s lives.
