Write a “Disagree–and Explain Why” response, possibly starting with one “Disagreeing, with Reasons” template on p. 58 as a springboard. Write up to 3 sentences trying out this approach.
Write an “Agree–But with a Difference” response, possibly starting with one “Agreeing” template on pp. 60-62 as a springboard. Write up to 3 sentences trying out this approach.
Write an “Agree and Disagree Simultaneously” response, possibly starting with one “Agreeing and Disagreeing Simultaneously” template on pp. 63-65 as a springboard. Write up to 3 sentences trying out this approach.
Evaluate your possible responses with the following question: Which type of response was easiest or hardest or most surprising to write? Which seems to best express what you want to say about this reading? Which would you be most excited to say more about in your final draft of Writing Project 1?

If something your peer wrote really strikes you, try responding back to to your peer using one of the three ways to respond in Chapter 4. You can disagree and explain why, agree with a difference, or agree and disagree simultaneously.
If you don’t understand something your peer wrote or are curious about why they see something the way they do, you could ask a clarifying question.
Answer a question that a peer asked you or respond to a comment they made on your initial post.
All together, your Module 3 posts (initial post and at least 2 responses) should add up to at least 300 words. All posts are due by the end of Module 3.
