CONTENT I warned everyone during the Kickoff session to use ALL required sources, but unfortunately you did not use a single one of the required sources. Consequently, many important details (especially quantitative metrics) are missing.
Right now, it comes across as superficial. If you wrote this to your boss to prepare them for a business trip to Canada, they would not get a sufficiently fact-based overview of the country.

Geography section -You wrote, “Canada is one of the largest countries in Eastern Europe”. This will need to be corrected. -“Canada is having a large surface area with a small population, thus making it advantageous for the expansion of the company once it has been started.” That is actually the opposite. The transportation cost to reach all Canadian consumers is high because they are spread out and some are hard to reach, and the effort is not really worth it because the population is small. Fortunately, 90% of the population lives within 100 miles of the US border. So focusing on that 90% of the population makes it cost effective (the other 10% would not be). -What are the top 4 largest cities in Canada? -You were expected to discuss the UN World Disaster Index for India, which is missing.

Demography section:
-The UN Human Development Index is missing. What is their world rank? -The CDC travel advisory for your chosen country is missing. Socio-cultural section: -What about one sentence to mention the French settlers and the British empire influence? This country has anglophone and francophone populations, and two official languages. -What about religions? -You ignored the list of required sources. So, you don’t discuss Hofstede’s cultural scores nor national business etiquette. Political section: -You don’t even mention whether Canada is a democracy or a dictatorship. Start with the basic facts. -You don’t mention who the Prime Minister is and what his party affiliation is. You don’t mention what his political agenda includes. -You had to mention four scores/world ranks related to politics: Freedom in the world survey; Global Peace Index; Political Stability score; Corruption Perception Index. All these metrics are missing.

Economy section: This is the section that is worth the most points by far and it is not longer than the others. -You should have started with economic basics: size of the national economy (GDP amount and world rank); Gross National Income per capita, GDP growth rate, unemployment rate, inflation rate. -Per the required sources, you were expected to discuss your country’s world ranks in Economic Freedom (Heritage Foundation, 2020) and in Ease of Doing Business (World Bank, 2020). For these two rankings, what are salient strengths and weaknesses?

FORM You should have proof-read your work more carefully. There are a lot of typos and unclear statement. Examples: “Canada is the strategic place that is near the region. Making is geographically suitable to locate the business.” “The implication of this is that the population is gradually growing concerning the available resources of the country.” “Starting a business in the country would be beneficial as there would maximum resources available from the organization to maximize their production.” “The immigrant in the country has also adapted to the culture of the indigenous Canadians in the country.” [“indigenous” in this context would mean the ethnic minority that Canadians call “first nations” and that is called “native Americans” in the USA. That is not what you meant, right?] “Having even a similar lifestyle that describes the larger population of the country in advantages in creating the business.” “Politics play a crucial role in institutionalizing po9licies that would benefit the investors” “this makes it’s a suitable place,”
