Part 1: Compare two companies’ CSR performance
Analyze the company’s and its rivalry’s (a competitor) overall social and environmental performance briefly (e.g., both positive and negative aspects) => 1 paragraph (5 points)

Select/focus on one or two areas of these companies’ social (or environmental) performance. Analyze their response to public issues or any ethical/CSR challenges facing the industry or the company. Discuss how each company differently (or similarly) deals w/the issues or challenges => 2 paragraphs (10 points). * any simply copy from the companies’ CSR report will not receive any credit; please show your analytical ability)

Part 2: Recommendation for SRI
Based on the above your analysis, develop a set of recommendations on whether any of the two companies (or both or none of them!) should be included in your Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) portfolio => at least 2 paragraphs (10 points).
