Decide if you want to develop a factual survey, attitudinal survey, or explanatory survey. You will ask the same question in the same order so that the same information is being collected.
Decide if it is electronically developed (i.e. Survey Monkey), electronically received (e-mailed), postal delivery, telephone interview, or personal interview.
Part 2: Development
Develop a 10 to 15 item survey.
Items should be clear, well written, and free from bias.
Part 3: Summary
Each member of the group will submit the questionnaire and a 330-to 660-word summary of the process of creating the survey. The summary of the process may include:
How work was divided.
How it was determined what the kind of items where used and how the survey would be administered.
An assessment as to how the group worked together.
Challenges faced by the group and how the challenges were addressed.
Your reaction on how it was working with classmates remotely.
