Related to the content of the HR Planning module and the weekly topics, a list of articles have been compiled for you. The articles are organised around six topic areas and for each topic you will find three articles. You are free to choose any of the topics, but will need to review the three given articles in a bundle. The list of articles is posted on the HR Planning Moodle page. You will need to read the articles and write a 2500 +/-10% words literature review based on the following questions:
· What are the major findings in relation to the chosen topic?
· How do the articles relate to the topic studied in class, the textbook, other articles?
· What were the similarities/differences in the approach of treating the topic (themes, concepts, theories)?
· Critically evaluate and compare the three articles regarding their research methodology used.
· Critically evaluate and compare the three articles regarding their extent of innovative ideas.
· What were the most interesting point(s) for you in relation to the topic? Why?
· What were the unclear points or arguments for you?
· If you had the chance to ask three questions from the authors what would those be?
· What did you learn?
Students aiming for an excellent mark should demonstrate that they have done further reading on the topic. You must use Harvard style referencing for your assignment.
