First and foremost, companies should provide care for others such as donations to shelters, donating to cure health issues, and more community issues. For example, donating money to provide health care will not only help other people but will also help the reputation of the company. In my opinion, companies have the money and resources to provide care for others. If companies were to donate some of their money for the good, It will result in people recognizing how this company has helped so many individuals and will get a good reputation from this help. It is often said that customers do not look at what the company has done or their reputation, but they look at the quality of items. Although this may be true that customers may not care about reputation, others have said that “86% of consumers would purchase products and services from companies that are purpose driven”(Operation Warm, 2019). Therefore, providing care is a good start for a companies social responsibilities and all the evidence leads to company growth.
