Research Question and Annotated Bibliography

To create a research question/claim about 21th century Blues song. Give a question about Blues Music in the 21th century first and after all the research, give a conclusion about the question.
(Example: Research Direction:The development of jazz songs; Jazz music only represents African-American. Conclusion:Jazz music represents only African-American.
Even though White people accept and learn from African-American, starting to do jazz music later, the way they play it and the emotion they want to express are totally different. Therefore, in my opinion, African-American is the soul of jazz. They invented and developed the style of music into various branches, and they cannot be replaced by any kinds of music which have nothing but few jazz-like elements.)

Then using library resources to find relevant resources, and writing an annotated bibliography of your sources. Aim to find about ten scholarly sources related to your paper and write annotations for at least three of these sources.
