Research and recommendation report

Please help: I need a research and recommendation paper. The prompt and the majority of criteria document by my professor is uploaded. The category I chose to write my research of recommendation on is marketing. And my topic idea is comparing online business like amazons ad campaigns to a brick and mortar store that like Macy’s, Walmart, target or whatever, whichever two stores is easy to compare and research for the writer. Comparing amazons marketing strategy and how it can work for brick and mortar stores online. Or another topic I had in mind is that the writer could research 3 different franchises and the area you’d like to open it in. Research would include opening each franchise, local demographics and competition, and then comparing the three. Then, you’d recommend one and provide steps needed to start the process of opening the franchise.
