This submission is an RFP. The instructor will grade your RFP. You will receive feedback through Canvas. Once you receive feedback through Canvas, then you will make an appointment with the instructor. During the one-on-one meeting you will receive extensive feedback on the RFP.
This RFP Submission should be colorful and creative. Your proposed event must be an incentive travel business meeting for a hospitality company in an emphasis area you are interested in working in (e.g. airlines, cruise line, lodging). The event must take place in downtown Seattle or the Seattle Southside region. Your RFP submission will contain these sections:
Cover page – Be colorful and creative!!!
Group information – This is approximately 3 paragraphs. You should ensure that the individual responding to your RFP understands your group’s requirements, personality, and history.
Preferred dates and sites – These can be in bullet points. You will provide a minimum of three dates and three sites.

Decision date, factors, and timeline – When are RFP responses due? What is the timeline for this event? What factors will decide the final decision? This section is likely 1-2 paragraphs.
Billing – Who and how will this event be paid for? This section is likely 2-3 sentences in length.
Meeting agenda – What events will take place and when? What assistance is needed for these events? This section is likely 2 pages in length.
