I am currently on the Ecumenical-Interfaith Commission for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New Orleans. This commission consists of Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Sikhs, and Hindus, along with those of us who are protestant and Roman Catholic. We hold interfaith worship services and engage in mission activities for our community. In other words, we live in a Global Society and that is beginning to effect how we interact with one another across traditional religious lines.
