We’re keeping it simple! Write a summary of Chelsea Easter’s paper, “Race and the Revolutionaries,” including HER thesis. Then briefly discuss whether you agree or disagree with her thesis and why.
If you need help figuring out how to summarize the paper, I suggest you use the subheadings which are in bold type. For each subheading, summarize the information in that section in a couple of sentences or at most a paragraph in your own words. DO NOT USE QUOTES AND DO NOT CUT AND PASTE! Summarizing means you don’t need to say when and where someone was born, or go into great detail about the rebellions. Rather, what are a couple of the main points Easter makes in each of those sections.
