“True story! A couple of years ago, we had a terrible spring (so what’s new?) and produce that summer was very expensive. A head of lettuce that normally would cost $.39 a head was over $1.50! I filled my cart with all types of greens and was checking out when the woman behind me in line looked in my cart and said “My, you must be rich! Look at all that expensive produce!” I looked in her cart and there was a six pack of Guinness beer. ALL the produce in my cart would not add up to that one six pack in price. What would you have said in response? (you can only guess what my comment was!).
