So my Capstone Memorandum Paper was graded and wasn’t good enough to pass for several reasons. 1) I didn’t follow format guidelines 2) My orginal topic was too broad, I focused on New York City when I need to condense it to a borough (like Brooklyn) 3) I was missing the necessary charts and stakeholder analysis area. Please rewrite, you can probably use some of the same information from my previous paper but due to me focusing in on Brooklyn now, new research is necessary. (12 pages, single spaced only, including references/bibliography.)
I have attached the template for all directions and the 3 charts you are supposed to use for the paper. I have also attached a paper that recieved a perfect score of someone who has passed from my class so you can get an idea of what the paper is supposed to look like and the order each part of the paper is supposed to be in, PDF labled “Primary Memorandum”. My reccomendation for 2 out of the 4 stake holders are: NYC Mayor de Blasio and the Police Chief in Brooklyn NY. I would address the paper to NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
