Instructions:
You are the chair of the TQM committee for a large, multi-specialty practice that has 7 clinics. Each team must use strategies and resources appropriate to develop a plan of action to resolve the issue described below. Each plan needs to describe the steps that need to be followed, titles or job functions of people who need to participate, tools or strategies (surveys, brainstorming, PDCA etc) that will be used and how the data gathered will be used to solve the problem or improve the process as described below:

Develop a plan to improve the accuracy of demographic and coding data sent out because an unacceptable number of claims are returned from the clearinghouse with errors and an equally unacceptable number of claims are being denied due to improper coding. Both types of errors are costing the practice time and money because they have to correct the errors and resubmit.

Conclusion paragraph for the paper
• 1-2 paragraphs (how your project fulfilled the thesis statement)
