I have attached the paper to be peer reviewed (Paper 1)
Please write a one-page paper (300-500 words) constructively critiquing the paper you have been asked to review. Note: this means you have only one weekend to read and review the paper for peer review. Your review should be at least 300 words, and should:
1) Restate the main points of the paper so the writers understand what you (the reader) got out of the substance of the paper.
2) Tell the writers what the highlight of the paper was for you as a reader.
3) Help the writer understand what could be improved for the final paper, not what you don’t like. Think about concepts, theories, or examples that could extend or challenge the conclusions that the writers have come to.
4) Are there references missing?
5) Look at the Final Paper Grading Rubric below. Try to tell the team where you think that they might lose points or where they might be excelling according to the grading rubric.
6) Consider the structure and presentation of the paper. What was clear to you as a reader, and where might the writer need to do a bit more explaining?
7) Is the flow of reasoning logical? Note if there are sentences or paragraphs that seem out of order.
8) Tell the authors which sentences you found awkward or if you notice grammatical errors.
9) Give the writer concrete suggestions and be realistic about what can be achieved.
Be organized in how you present your comments.
