Organizational Behavior Written Assignment

• You should have a logical coherent structure that the reader can easily follow.
• You need to introduce ONE real-world business case that is relevant to organisational behaviour (not one discussed in class), and introduce it with reference to published literature (including textbooks and journal articles).
• You need to introduce an organisational behaviour theory related to the case.
• You need to explain how and why the theory helps to explain the case.
• Your analysis should show some critical reflections (e.g. by discussing aspects of the case that your analysis does not cover because of the limitations of the theory AND/OR by showing how the limitations of the theory limit your analysis, among other possibilities).
• Based on your analysis, you should offer practical recommendations to management or organisational practice that are relevant to the case you selected and that would contribute to improve practice or avoid problems.
• Citations and references are required. All sources must be cited and referenced correctly (Harvard), and should have an in-text citation.
• Word Count is 1,350 – 1650 (not including references).
• You can treat your reader as intelligent and an expert, but you should still clearly explain key terms.
