Scenario: Assume that you have been assigned by your immediate supervisor to produce a memo regarding a new small team’s manager orientation program. Your supervisor wants to know the management versus leading skills that newly promoted managers of small teams will need to be aware of. In this new manager orientation training program, what learning styles should be addressed and how?
Write a minimum 1-page memo (250 words) to your supervisor in which you describe the following:
Explain what skills these new managers of small teams will need to manage the small teams versus leading them.
Explain how you will ensure that the different learning styles are addressed in the training session so the new managers can more effectively learn to lead and manage their new work teams.
Provide a short APA in-text citation for either a quote or a paraphrase (see the Academic Tools area of the course) based on your additional research on either learning styles or small team manager skills in the Purdue Global Library.
