You work at the European Department of the International Monetary Fund. The Department Director has requested that you prepare a policy note for the country of your choice. The IMF management is concerned about the effects the last world economic crisis.
Your task is to prepare a short presentation (10 minutes) that covers, among other things, the following issues
:-Provide a general introduction on your country of choice economy with the main macroeconomic indicators (GDP growth, unemployment rate, inflation, current account balance (Import and exports) …) over the last decade providing the necessary data
-A discussion on the possible effects of the corona virus crisis.
-A discussion about any other macroeconomic problem the country is facing
-Close the presentation with some conclusions and personal opinions about the economic future and challenges of the country based always on your research and the data previously presented
Make sure you provide an objective analysis and are backed up with actual data and proper analysis of the trends and figures
