Intro to Strategic Management

As part of the necessary orientation and getting up to speed for the simulation, you are to respond to each of the 6 discussion topics below. Your initial discussion on each of the topics should be 100 to 200 words and due not later than (Day 5) Week 1. Note that discussions are specifically based on decision-making and performance within Capstone teams as covered in the Capstone Tutorials — not as in your own organization or in general. You are encouraged to post early in the week, read other’s postings and required to respond to one or more classmates’ postings on at least two of the functional strategies discussions and to each discussion on Six Basic Strategies and How to Organize a Company.
