You are conducting a history and physical assessment on a 78-year-old female client. The subjective information related to the eyes and ears indicates the following: The client reports that she has started to notice recently that she is having a more difficult time hearing other people, especially when the sounds are high pitched or if there is background noise. She also indicates that her vision seems to be worse now when trying to read, and she has to hold the reading material at arm’s length to make out the words. She also shares that she had to get a pair of reading glasses recently. Step 2 Respond to the discussion questions.
