Individual Assignment 1 Sport leadership reflection

We have examined several leadership theories in this course. In this assignment, you are asked to interview one sports leader(my high school basketball coach) and applying one or multiple theories to their leadership style based on your research of this leader.

The leader you selected should be someone that is respectful and viewed as an effective and/or exemplary leader in an organization. Consult your professor if you have any questions.
