Quality of Argument & Readability – Clarity, relevance, and conciseness of the discussion; how well is the document structured, does it flow logically? introduction and conclusion. Development of coherent theme on an applicable business issue/ opportunity/ problem. Language usage & writing skill, avoidance of trivia. /30

The Depth of Research – Extra credit is given for evidence of having considered widely (e.g. beyond the scope of material presented in lectures/tutorials) and for indications of the in-depth grasp of the case study. Original ideas or formulations. /30
