HR/Strategy plan

Development of the Strategy
With the human resources field, there are a number of strategies that HR must develop and in concert with respective managers that must align with the overall organization’s mission and strategic goals. Select one of the plans/strategies to serve as the focus of your paper. A discussion and analysis of why and how you developed the strategy must be included in the paper. Best practices based on the research and your text should be discussed.

Talent Management Strategy
Compensation and Benefits Strategy
Performance Management Plan
Employee Training and Development Plan
Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
Leadership Development and Succession Plan

While the plan may not be in a final format that you would submit to a CEO/President and the Vice Presidents, you want to make sure you include as much detail as possible. Remember, your strategies and strategic plans will not be as detailed as the operational plans that delve down further into the detail. You want to make sure that you provide a level of detail that an informed decision can be made.
Some things to remember….
I suggest the context of your paper, i.e. the organization, be an organization that you are familiar with or one you are interested in working.
Following your introduction, you will want to have a brief background information, 2-3 paragraphs at the most, where you provide background information on the organization.
Your paper will be in APA format, i.e. title page, abstract, body, references, and attachments if used. Attachments should include in tables or graphics. Make sure if you use that you refer to the attachments in the body of the paper.

Submitted as an MS Word attachment in either a .doc, .docx, or .rtf format.
Your paper should be a minimum of eight (8) full pages of double spaced content in 12-point font, but you can use more pages if necessary. This excludes your title page, abstract, reference pages, and attachments.
Include a properly formatted APA cover page, an abstract, a properly formatted Introduction and Conclusion, and a minimum of eight (8) references/sources to support your work.
Merely copying pasting and citing sources does not constitute scholarly writing. You must present ideas and positions and support or refute those arguments with credible references and sources. Direct quotes should support your work and not replace it. You should use direct quotes ONLY:
to show that an authority supports your point
to present a position or argument to critique or comment on
to include especially moving or historically significant language
to present a particularly well-stated passage whose meaning would be lost or changed if paraphrased or summarized
