Write a 2-3 page feasibility report that follows the template below. Your report should include:

2. Description: A description of the problem and sample policy statements
3. Organization and Staffing: Who will people report to once the policy is in place? (Hint: It’s HR, but you need to explain why)
4. Financial Projections: How much will training cost for the company? How much will training cost for HR? How much will the company save in potential lawsuits?
5. Schedule: Make up a schedule for how quickly all of the training can be accomplished.
6. Findings and Recommendations: Conclude with a recommendation that the policy be enacted within the next year.
If your report goes long, that’s pretty common, and it’s fine. I give you 2-3 pages as an example of about how long it can be. Don’t forget to include your sources at the end!
