For this assignment, assume that your public organization, which you know well, is in the process of merging with another public organization. Using the information you have read in various academic journals and other researched materials, prepare a white paper that discusses the issues you will face from an organizational behavior perspective. Then, present solutions to these challenges and provide recommendations for the merger to proceed as smoothly as possible. Include best practices to help manage stress that will arise among employees during this transition. Explain any administrative laws and/or regulations that your organization must follow.
