Discussion Prompt 1: Kimono Session
This week, you will have the opportunity to assess some of the comments you received on the Servant Leadership Inventories. Before you open those up and begin reading through those comments, what do you think people will say about you? The author, in the audio session, said that he hosts Kimono sessions, where people have to be ready to expose the issues they need to work on. Well, guess what – think of this as your virtual Kimono session, with your fellow learners. Based on what you have been learning in this course, what would you identify as key leadership or followership issues needing special attention by you?
