Discussion #3 Surviving the Pandemic Era and Post Pandemic Era for Businesses

You have two options for this Discussion forum; select one and follow the directions as given.

Option 1: Name a business that has either profited or managed to survive in this new era of pandemic. Talk about what the business is about, what is/are its product(s), and why or how has it managed to survive or profit. Do you favor this business? What are your feelings about this business? The business you choose could be any type of business and of any size, global, national, regional, or local. Use the Internet to do some research, but write using your own words.

Option 2: Follow the same directions as above but this time write about a business that will have to change in how it operates in order to survive this post pandemic era. Choose from a wide range of businesses and industries such as health clubs, airlines, agriculture, etc.

Share your thoughts by writing at least one or more paragraphs of four to six sentences per paragraph. For variety and originality, if you see a business you had selected already posted by another student, choose another business. There should not be any duplicate of businesses unless you have something quite unique to share about it. If it’s a business where you had once worked or are still working then share your experiences about the business in relation to what was mentioned earlier in this assignment. Check the rubric for grading criteria.
