Cultural differences between the US and European working cultures

I need to have an essay, on the subject of cultural differences between US and European working cultures. The company I work for was recently bought by the US-based company and I need to describe unclear or conflicting expectations topic using systems thinking techniques such as loop diagram, structural challenges and maybe causal loop.
assignment should be using both academic theory, demonstration of the approaches and a personal reflection on how you can get the best out of this synthesis of theory and practice in your professional environment.
