The topic you chose for your research project is COVID-19 and service jobs. You’ll want to examine what point of view that article or video (or website) is promoting, how the author is getting their point across, what strategies are being used to promote that point of view (emotional appeals? logical appeals? statistics?); etc.
When you Google “service jobs” and “COVID-19,” you will likely come up with some articles that either provide information or promote some point about service jobs in this crisis. You could, if you wished, analyze the nature/purpose/tone of that webpage (and the Amazon pages it links to) with criticism that Amazon has received in recent weeks for the conditions its employees are experiencing in the midst of COVID-19.
