I need an evidence-based paper on COVID-19. I am a student at South Georgia State College going for my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. I have my Associates Degree in Nursing and I work in an intensive care unit where I have taken direct care of COVID-19 patients. This paper is a final paper at the end of a Leadership and Management course. Although it is Leadership/Management, it doesn’t have to be geared towards leadership/management as long as it is evidence-based in regards to COVID-19. Sources can not be any more than 5 years old. Needs to be APA with in-text citation. The sources must be scholarly and peer reviewed. I would like for this to be somehow geared towards critical care. Some ideas I had if I was to complete on my own were therapies for COVID-19 and how some evidence points towards the use of ventilators are actually harming rather than helping these patients, how COVID-19 is effecting patient care in general, the amount of money hospitals are reimbursed for COVID-19 related cases as compared to other admitting diagnosis, the effects of the virus on the American population in terms of symptoms/morbidity/mortality/hospital vs. non hospital admission. I think you get the point you really have free reign here. Just need it done. For the introduction it would be fine to tell who I am (Keith Harper), my occupation (Registered Nurse working in an intensive care unit), why Im completing it (final research paper as a course requirement for Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at South Georgia State College)
