She said it can be a real company or a fake one
here’s the step by step she gave me

Heading –

your name should be centered – bold, 16 pt font, times new roman
phone number under name – 14 pt font
email address under phone number
NOTE: Please create a professional email address if you are job hunting…..sexylady@yahoo.com, manlyjoe@gmail, etc. already go against what hiring managers will think of you — instead try: yourname@msn.com or some variation

always on left side and if you have a name of hiring manager, include it above the actual address

RE: job title – this is extremely important since they may be hiring for more than one position and this tells the employer which position you are applying for without them having to try and figure it out

Greeting – Dear Mr. Smith or Dear Hiring Manager

Introduction paragraph-

Most important paragraph of cover letter – this is where you demonstrate knowledge of the company you are applying for with a few facts and tie in your abilities to the company – remember–it is not what the company can do for you, you are demonstrating what you can do for the company

Bullet points-

Bullet points are effective because hiring managers are busy people– bullet points get your message across instantly – remember to limit them to only a few (3 – 5 points) and make sure they are impactful. “I am good at customer service” is too bland – demonstrate an example

Conclusion-

Repeat why you are a good fit for the company and request an interview. Also insert your phone number again to make it easy for them to call you.
