Co-operative enterprise

We had to develop a co-operative enterprise for this course and then we have been asked to develop the individual paper with the guidelines explained below reflecting upon the co-operative enterprise I created. I have uploaded the Co-operative enterprise business plan I developed.

I AM ASKING FOR THE BELOW ESSAY:
Using a range of academic sources and your reflections upon your own
experiences (i.e. your experience of being part of a co-operative enterprise with
specific responsibilities for one aspect of the business plan) please address the
following questions and issues in your paper.
1. According to the literature on co-operative learning and participation, what
challenges are faced by co-operative members, as they seek to combine
individual skills and enthusiasm with a set of collective values and
principles?
2. Please describe specific challenges, relating to co-operation, that you
faced in developing your business plan and comment on: (i) the nature of
the challenge; (ii) the way you responded to the challenge; (iii) what have
you learned about co-operation through engaging with these challenges.
3. To what extent do you believe that co-operators are better equipped to
contribute to the life of a nation as citizens? [For example, you could
reflect upon the extent to which you were committed to core co-operative
values before the module began (i.e. self-help, self-responsibility, equity,
solidarity, democracy and equality) and how your experience of being part
of a co-operative enterprise has strengthened or weakened your
commitment to these values? Alternatively, you may wish to focus on the
co-operative experience in another part of the world, to suggest how cooperatives have contributed to the life of a nation.]
The data for this personal reflective paper will be generated from your experience
as a co-operator in the group work component of this module and comprises your
reflections upon the challenges of working together. You are advised to keep
notes of how your group co-operates together. This task will be facilitated if you
read the Co-operative Learning Literature available on ELE during the first half of
the semester. See ELE section entitled Readings to Support Lectures and
Assessments and the Co-operative Learning Literature folder.
The best papers will:
 have an introduction that explains the way that you are going to address the
questions and the specific issues or focus that you are going to develop.
 integrate the three sections, either as: (a) a holistic document; (b) a three part
document that seeks to make connections between the sections within each
section.
 provide a conclusions that evaluates your learning.
