2. Case Structure and Organization
 Introduction
 Your introduction should summarise briefly, the case study. It should identify relevant
theories and concepts. It should not just mention them but explain with a degree of
understanding what those concepts are, demonstrating how they are applicable to the case
study. A good introduction should also identify the key problem (s) to be addressed and how
you will address it.
 Main Body
 The main body of the work should clearly address the question, stating what you will do. A
good work will demonstrate creativity. You can use examples from the case or be creative
with your own ideas. Please take note to understand and apply within the right context. That
is what will distinguish a good work from an average work.
 Take note to credit your sources when you use them. There is no need for a bibliography.
Just reference your work appropriately (In-text citation-Harvard Style)
 Conclusion
 Your conclusion should summarise what you have done. It is the reverse of your
introduction. Therefore a good conclusion should state what the problem was and the
relevant theories you identified and applied. It should summarise how you addressed the
case problem and whatever recommendations you have proffered.
