You are working as a case manager for a middle-school. One of your clients is T. T is part of the minority group you described in Part 1 of the Capstone paper. T. lives with his grandparents, mother, older brother, 19, and younger brother, 5. You will be making an appointment to visit T’s home. Using the perspective you’ve chosen, describe what you will do to plan for this meeting and how you will develop rapport with this family.

You have been asked to communicate with T’s family to do a thorough assessment of the family and any needs the family may have.
