3) The delivery method of training and the reason you chose that delivery method. Why does it befit your employee group so well?
Starting on page 233 of your HRM text, you will see what is meant with delivery methods. Which ones do you believe would work best with your employees, in their environment, with your line of work, and why is that the case?
