Format

· Problem scenario, students are required to identify the relevant legal issues, state the applicable principles of law, supported by authority, and apply the law to the given facts to arrive at a conclusion.

Scenario (the facts)

Required:
In not more than 500 words outline the legal issues which the insurers will need to address in order to succeed in their action against the university and the likely outcome of such proceedings.

Your argument, naturally, should be supported by appropriate authorities.

• Demonstrates skills in locating legal material of an advanced standard and originality in the research process Is able to put forward hypotheses that possess originality and elegance and demonstrate a maturity of thought in the use of the materials in support of their arguments.

• Please do not write more then 500 words.    Maximum 500 and not even 501.
