Key points should be topic sentences and evidence that you feel make the most important points from the paper
Use at least four visuals, including charts and images, to add to the visual component of the argument
Images and text from sources must be cited in MLA or APA format, including a references page of the sources included in the presentation (NOT references for what is not included in the presentation)
Starting Point: The topic sentences, introduction, and conclusion, are good places to find the core points, and there may be strong evidence in certain paragraphs that you want to include, whereas other points or cases may be too lengthy or minor to include in bullet form.
Do not worry about adding too much in the way of sound and animation, unless you are comfortable with the nuances of Power Point.
In class sections only: You will speak for 4-6 minutes while showing the presentation; this means that you will explain and elaborate on details bulleted on the screens.

Avoid too many images on one screen; one or two is appropriate
Make sure that the background is not distracting or difficult to look at; black, red, or busy backgrounds are distracting
