Application for fine art sculpture scholarships

is a STATEMENT for me apply department grant. I am a sculpture student. this is the requirement:
Write a statement to the BFA Fine Arts Department outlining your circumstances/need for a grant and some of your achievements in the previous academic year.
The statement should be a minimum of 700 words, single-spaced.

and I already wrote something, what you need to do is add 500 words more, based on or using my words. just let people understand my situation why I need the money and make them understand it and give me the money

here is my 250 words

I need it because my sculpture cost a lot. The metal board in AUS8 cost nearly 420 dollar and the shipping from Japan takes 142 dollar. The Carbon fiber cost me 400 dollar the material and CNC router. Besides, using CNC machine in school is even more expensive my last project the acrylic board cost me 280 in material and 240 in cutting it. Which is even far more expensive compared with outside studios, as you know carbon fiber board is far expensive then acrylics and so do the CNC complication. Besides those the other part in my sword sculpture like the fish skin cover is 200 dollar per sheet and the metal part cost 2600 dollars for the handguard.
You may think I can use cheaper material but I spend full year one these project and my teacher Jo know how art I work, even other teacher did not teach me who helped me knows it as well. My final sword is my 4th generation. The first one looks good for some people, they might just stop there. However when it is for me I want exceed the top level in the world. Thats why I even practice in my summer vacation. The passions of tracking the supreme art world for me will never stop. But the 2 sculpture from this year cost me over 5700 dollars, its really run out of my money and I have 2 sculpture class next semester, hopefully school opens. I really need some money from Department can help me out.
