Q1. On page 4, Why is the difference of 5.7 million to 6.2 million in Hotel Payroll and Benefits. Go to page 36 and check what is exactly included and tell me what has increased and what makes sense and what doesn’t make sense.

Q2. This question is regarding room expenses. On page 7, looking at the rooms departments P&L, the total other expenses difference is 707,457 to 776,343 so we are 10% over budget. Provide top 3 accounts where we are over budget and give me reasons why you think they are over? (Use cost per room occupied figures on the page below)

Q3. On page 30, here we are looking at the A&G statement, in all the items listed in expenses, what is the single biggest A&G expense and what is unique about that expense than any other expense?

Q4. On page 34 & 35, in Reserve for FF & E expense which is $489 for the year. Question is what is reserve for FF & E expense? Why did it went from 2% last year to 4% this year? You can come up with a good reason why it went to 4% let me know.

Q5. Go to page 3, in Top Level Report, look at Gross Operating profit/loss at the bottom. Is 17% Gross operating profit a reasonable number for this hotel to be achieving given what normal industry standards are. Do your research and use 2016 as the timeframe for this one.
