The goal of this paper is for you to analyze your experience of collaborating on your proposals in light of some of the theories of collaboration and problems associated with teamwork discussed by Keith Sawyer in the chapter assigned from Group Genius.
When developing your paper, around one central thesis, consider the following issues:
To what extent was your group (Make up) able to achieve what Sawyer calls “group flow”?
What were some of the obstacles and facilitators to reaching this state?
At what point was this reached and was it able to be maintained?
How did the social networking aspect of your work contribute to the condition of group flow?
In your experience, what was the relationship between the quality of work prepared for this course and your ability to achieve group flow?
