Phase:
In what phase of the technology life cycle is the chosen technology? The book outlines several phases of technologies and none of them were identified here. You outlined some good detail that would explain a phase but which one does it apply to?
When is the ideal time for adopting this particular technology? I don’t see where you picked an actual ideal time. This section is missing and is flawed, again the actual phase dictates what is required for timing not things like competitors. You outline many many details of the technology that are not really relevant to the actual phases. Become familiar with chapter 5, focus on what that is asking and then think of how to answer these questions.
Timeline:
Based on the technology adoption models, what possible timelines of adoption could be implemented? Here also the book lists several timelines for adoption like Late Adopters etc. etc. This was not about things like product/support period, it was which method in the book best fits and none was mentioned.
Which timeline best fits the needs of the organization? Again here none selected analysis flawed.
Variables:
What variables affect the timing and implementation of new technologies? The book on page 99/100 lists 5 variables that affect timing. Your are also variables but not the ones we are studying and related to the assignments. Again flawed.
Summary, This milestone is also still based on your milestone one paper that if I remember right I provided feedback that required changes to your solutions and selection. I will try to evaluate this paper on your understanding of the concepts but the final paper must have a different analysis based on the revised milestone one requirements so be careful to do so or these same deductions will be applied on the final project also.

If you use the items listed in the book in chapter 5 let’s say and you don’t assume that what you listed is your technological solution you should have a better understanding of what is required by this assignment. One telltale sign is that you don’t even reference the book at all in your reference section.
