The study will be short and will involve a small sample of individuals; the research will mostly adopt the qualitative methods of research. The method is suitable for the study since it offers complete description and analysis of the research subject which is child development without limiting the scope of the study and the nature in which participants are allowed to respond to the interviews.
The study will sample 50 parents from Fort Worth city in Texas, 20 parents will have children at the infancy stage, 17 parents will have children at the adulthood stage, and 13 parents will have children at the adolescent stage. Cultural diversity among the parents will also be encouraged to increase the scope in which the results of the study will be based on. As per now we already have permission from over 42 parents and waiting for approval from 8 parents, the study will use parents from the same region, but from different social classes to maximize the results of the effects of the different social contexts on children.

All participants of the study will be informed of what the study entails and will be given the freedom to terminate their participation if they feel they are not comfortable with the research.

The first aim of the paper is to analyze the impact of the different child development stages on the overall growth of a child; the first stage is the infancy stage. In reference to Kingston, Tough, and Whitfield (2012), infants have the fastest development rate both psychologically and mentally, when children are born they are not aware of anything and they have to start learning new visual patterns including the face their mother which does not take long.
