You will be presented with a series of essay questions to be answered in your own words.You may use any legitimate resource from the web, textbook, lecture, etc., but use your own analytical thought process to ensure evidence of understanding of the material. Your response to each question must be at least two pages and no more than four pages in length.
You must respond using APA format. There is no requirement for an abstract, table of contents, etc., but remember to properly cite all sources. Use appropriate formatting with standard fonts and font size.

1) Using Richard Clarke’s Cyber War and his argument that our current Cybersecurity protection programs are inadequate, outline the six steps he recommends to improve America’s security as outlined in his final chapter “The Agenda,” and provide your personal assessment and analysis of his recommendations.
2) Discuss the unique cybersecurity issues as applicable to the telecommunications CI. Specifically discuss the respective potential vulnerabilities and concerns, impact on other CIs, current government/industry activities, and present your recommendations regarding the future security of telecommunications.
3) Discuss “Cyberpeace” as a concept. Include the possibility of international laws, treaties, criminal charges, enforcement, and other elements that would ensure compliance such as is used for the International Nuclear Non-Proliferation programs. Is this concept even a possibility? Explain.
4) Provide your view of the state of our national Cybersecurity Critical Infrastructures, the actors, the status of private industry and protection of CI, the government’s process of managing and adapting to the CI threat, and the overall risks to the nation from this threat. RECOMMENDATION: Bring together all of the data, facts, concepts, and ideas of this course and apply your own perspectives to your answer.
